3. Bookings and Appointments
- Appointments are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp after a booking request is submitted.
- We reserve the right to reschedule for technical or logistical reasons, with prior notice to the customer.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to administrative fees.
4. Pricing and Payment
Listed prices are subject to change without notice. Prices include VAT in accordance with Saudi regulations. Payment is made in cash or by card upon vehicle pickup.
5. Warranty
We offer warranties of up to 10 years on certain services (depending on the service and product). The warranty is void in cases of:
- Use of non-approved washing or wax products.
- Accidents or deep scratches.
- Failure to follow post-service care instructions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content (texts, images, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of Xtreme Nano. Reproduction or republication is prohibited without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect damages resulting from website use.
- Damages caused by poor vehicle care after the service.
- Service delays due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute shall be resolved through the competent courts in the city of Riyadh.
